I have been 100% since the 1st and I must admit that I haven't felt really great since after about the 3rd day. I have bouts when I feel energized and full of life but these are rare. I am not so much confused as more than unsure about the effects of which consumption causes I am making. I guess what I am trying to ask is:

Could it be that I am not detoxing and maybe feeling poor due to my excessive consumption of either Raw Cashews, avocados, jalapeƱos, wine, etc...????

I cut down on each of these and some totally but I haven't been able to shake this tiredness, even though my attitude and clarity has improved. I have been consistently tired since after the 3rd or 4th day. I continue to fight my desire to engage in non-raw but have doubts sometimes.

Has anyone experienced this when they started and if so what is the best way to conquer this?

Thanks in advance.

I have my days. But it's mostly because I haven't gone 100% raw. I think that will make a 100% difference. I think you should cut out what you think may be causing your body to not become 100% healthy and see if it helps. If not, could be something else. I find exercise gives energy. Doesn't have to be in a gym, just some stretches or yoga, something to be active can help get the blood flowing and even if you don't feel like it.. do it anyway and you will feel great!
Keep your diet simple or detox with a fast for a week and see if there is any improvement. I am a walking improvement since going raw. Imagine what I would be like right now if I had stuck through 100% raw the entire way? I'd be a hot smokin energetic mama :p
