Could he be detoxing because of me?
I was raw for the first few months I was pregnant then I went back to cooked vegetarian (because I took my midwives advice--she was worried about protein, wish I hadn't!). Anyway, now that he is born, I'm going back to raw.
Any thoughts?

Hi!
Is this your first baby? How old is he/she?
I would be happy to help, just need a bit of info.

ok, super
A lot of time newborns underarms are smelly, it is not unusual at all. There might even be some crusty or slimy yellowish/whitish goo in them too? Just take a baby wipe and clean him off.
My newborns have always had this. I have never had a raw pregnancy/birth/baby before though. It would be interesting to hear from someone who had a raw pregnancy and baby to see if their newborns had the smelly armpits. I am 7 weeks pregnant right now and raw, maybe I'll be able to know once this little one is born!
Hope this helps, I am sure he is just fine!
