I saw the show recorded on TiVo and Josie looked wonderful and lost like 38 lbs in 3 months! Now those are results! I was hoping to come to Alissa's site and learn more about her new restaurant.

I just watched this on You Tube. I loved the way Alissa handled herself. You know? I could tell also that Jillian and Ian (the two other diet experts) were also uncomfortable being told to hype up the bickering... it didn't look like a genuine fight -- it looked very staged, as they had to "play the audience". I applaud Alissa for staying peaceful and respectful.

Alissa's two Culinary Cuties (the name they gave their team) Jhosie and Sarah seemed to have learned a lot from Raw.

With Jhosie, it's obvious she changed her whole life. I wish they gave Sarah more room to talk. They gave Jillian's "quitter" more room to talk but Sarah was cut off just as she was about to tell the audience how raw did affect her life, even if she didn't want to be a vegan. That is my only disappointment.

I am glad that Raw is getting to be not such a word that people are embarrassed to say, thanks to people like Alissa for appearing on mainstream shows such as that one.
