Seeking recipe for "Blessings" type lemon swirl cookies

Hi everyone...

I love those "Blessings" lemon swirl cookies..and want to try to make some. I know they have soaked cashews, lemon, honey and coconut..but was wondering if anyone has made them or something similar and knows the rough proportions...

how about maraw's lemon chewies? they are sooo yummy and lemony! rawtable.com , or u can find them on here somewhere.

yummm!!! I am going to get more lemons and try Sharon's recipe..It looks like it is as good/better than the Blessing ones.. I love them..but cannot afford to keep stocked up on them..lol...

Now I will need to get a cookie jar! :D
