I was looking at ALL the great food listed...and a couple of pictures just had me drooling (not to mention I am on day 3 of a juice/water fast!)
Could you post, or tell me where you got the recipe for the chocolate tart, and the chocolate crepes? They looked divine. Thanks.

Your recipe book? Where? When? How? We would love to be the first to hear all about it. Hard cover? Ebook? Available where:
Your boyfriend is still not hooked and tempted to eat your great creations that we only get to see and not taste at your kitchen? Best to you Fairy!

Carmelita! Welcome back my friend! Im so happy to hear that you had a fab trip and pretty pretty pretty please get the pics up before friday so i can see your creations before leaving :D
tville - good for you with the juice fast! how many days did you do in total? i really want to do an extended juice fast one day, where there is someone around to supervise me - really so that i dont cave and eat, lol. Ive only managed a few days at a time on juice, altho its been a while since ive done that.

Fairygirl, I did about 7 1/2 days...on the 8th day I ate (yesterday) some frozen banana chips.
I will stick to maybe some fresh juice and a small amount of fruit today.
I was getting to the point where I was OBSESSED with ALL food....RAW and SAD. I was afraid that I would cave and eat SAD foods.....so I decided to just start nibbling on some frozen banana. I can tell my digestive track is alittle outa whack....so I'm taking it easy.
There is a great support here in the "fasting" area....that's where I had my support.
Best of luck to you!

Wendi,
kudos to you my friend! You did a fabulous job! I think you're wise to go go easy and have a bit of fruit. I find juice fasting more than 2-3 days at a time to be hard, b ut like i said, one day id like to do a long one (supervised).
Im hoping to eat only fruit in Fiji because ive always had a good experience doing that.
take care!
