Sesame dressing......

Hello everyone.....
lately i've been craving an oriental salad w/a really good oriental, sesame dressing......anyone got any recipes or ideas on how to make a raw oriental dressing thats not vinegary.......(cant handle vinegar).....sad, i know! lol

Just add some sesame seeds, soy sauce and olive oil with a dash of salt or leave it out if soy is salty.

Asian Dressing

4 T sesame seeds
4 t grated ginger
6 T olive oil
2 t nama shoyu
2 T rice vinegar (could cut back on the vinegar I guess)
1 t honey
