I just found this board tonight from another site called nappturality.com. I am 24 and from the Philadelphia area. Recently I have gained alot of weight and am having sinus problems from my over consumption of dairy products. I have seen many people in my family suffer from health problems that could have been prevented by knowledge of a healthier lifestyle. I don't want to be like them. I want to live long and live with a quality of life that I can be proud of. If anyone is in the Philadelphia area I would love to chat. :)

I want you to know you are not alone. I too live in Philly. Anytime you want to chat let me know. I can help you answer any questions you have. I used to have major problems with my sinuses. I finally had relief once I cut out dairy. Don't worry about the weight it will all be good once you start incorporating more raw food into your diet. Much love :D
