I am resting my digestive track to induce some deep internal cleansing and I was wondering if anyone would like to share fasting experiences? Has anyone had great healing successes? I have some time off and I rarely have the opportunity anymore, so I am savoring every moment! Lots of self love in store for me......

Hi Ingenue... fasting can be very healing. Miss Linda and Path have a fasting thread going right now... that you can join in. Miss Linda knows a lot about fasting.
