Do you soak the flax seeds before you grind them? Or perhaps after? Thanks!!

If you are going to grind them, you don't soak them. If you soak them, don't grind them.

So you can eat them without grinding them? Probably takes several hours? Do you eat them like a ceral or something when you don't grind them?

LOL Amberly. You made my day :D

Yes you can eat them as they are.

If you want to add them to ingredients without "seeing" them you can grind them first. Other wise recipes will tell you to grind them.

Flax seeds are great whole. I sprinkle them on salads and hummus and I stick them whole in my green smoothies. I don't mind the texture or the look.

Do what you like. Try different things :D

Awesome! I'm going to have some in my smoothie tonight! I've been afraid of eating them without grinding them because they look like I could choke on them, lol. Can't wait to try them! Thanks! :D

I always soak and sprout them and then whiz them up in the vitamix. Awesome with soaked raisins or dates!
