Any good recipes that use leftover pulp from juicing? I hate to throw it away.

Brian,
You read my mind! I was just thinking the same thing. I hate wasting all this juice pulp. I make juice every morining with all different types of greens - especially cucumber, kale, sunflower sprouts, pea sprouts, parsley, and celery. I don't do carrots or beets or anything sweet.
In the back of my mind, I know I could quickly grind some flax seeds, mix it all together, and put it in the dehydrator for crackers. The problem is that it tastes horrible. And, I don't have a clue on how to season it to taste better.
Does anyone have any suggestions or ideas?
Thanks for the help!

When I used the pulp from my veggie juice (well it had an apple in it too) to make crackers I mixed it with soaked ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, curry powder, and some sea salt ... turned out pretty tasty :D
I like garlic so I always use it in my crackers ... and usually onion yet I forgot to add it to that batch of crackers
I have read where people will freeze it for future use ... yet, when you are juicing every day that would be a lot of pulp
However, I believe someone also mentioned using it in their compost ... giving back to the earth :p

i suggest putting pulp in bowl , cover with water and let sit for like 10 minutes or more then strain for a nutrient rich drink .
its a way to wick out about every possible nutrient from the plant matter .
