anyone eat raw eggs as a source of b12? would that count as raw food? we used to have a few laying hens and eat the eggs fresh, so I would think that salmonella, etc wouldnt be a problem....

maybe this doesnt jive with raw foods...I dont know, maybe it does?

It doesn't jibe with a raw "vegan" site which is what this one was created to support folk in achieving. I think you might wish to do a search here as others have asked similar questions ~ both on raw eggs/dairy and b-12. They've been locked and saved for such questions as yours. :)

Eggs are considered animal protein and as such are not good for your health. I suggest that you read The China Study.
