which dip with flax crackers?

My flax crackers look great and taste great (although not quite ready) so - I'm trying to figure out which dip or pate would be best with these. They are the basic flax crackers from Alissa's book. Any good ideas?

OMG, I had some of the Italian zucchini chips marianating in the Italian dressing (from Alissa's book), and I scooped up some on a flax cracker :D so good.

I like cucumber dip too because its refreshing! And crackers tend to be dry and this dip is so nice with them!

1 small cucumber peeled and cut into large pieces
1 avocado
3/4 C cilantro leaves and stems
1-2 green onions
3-4 basil fresh leaves
1/4 C flax oil
1/4 C (or less) olive oil
2 T. honey
2 T. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. fresh dill

Mix in a processor and eat :p
