coconut cream

Please tell me if anyone has recipes for coconut cream. I just purchased two jars and i'm not sure what to do with them.

I think there was a thread about this a little while ago...you could do a search.

but just to give you a heads up, coconut cream from the jar isnt raw. :( pooey eh?

you could make your own using shredded or young coconut tho - and blending with a bit of water :D
