I didn't find recipe quickly so figured maybe just another person had problems so here's the information:
Fairgirl's famous
Chocolate Cream Stack - Fairygirl's
"Alrighty girls, simple simple simple is all i can say.
Here it is-
The base is soaked pecans and dates
the cheesecake layer: cashews, raw honey, lemon juice, water, vanilla
the chocolate layer: soaked black raisins, bananas, dates, carob, bit of water
then i had a layer of chopped pecans
then a second thick layer of the chocolate.
then i just garnished with banana slices and carob sauce.

Fairgirl's in the photo area. I don't have the link here but imagine it to be another great creation. We may be saying one day "we KNEW her when she teased us raw." Now she mentioned honorable mention or pictures or whatever surprises Fairy has for us in upcoming Carol Alt book. Wonder how that fabulous connection came about. Maybe Fairy's our "CHEF TO THE RICH AND FAMOUS" --helping transform their eyes in raw divineNESS!!
Absolutely the greatest pictures. Thank God calories don't travel through the net without making the goodie. Amazing stuff!
