blueberry pie recipe?! does anyone out there have one they wouldn't mind sharing? Mum has all of a sudden asked me to make one for dessert tomorrow (she's having friends over and wants them to see "how i eat") if I had more time to prepare I would've loaned a book outta the library but ahhh I'm sorta in a pickle here!

If anyone could help with a recipe that'd be great?! A pie that slices nice and holds it's shape would also be an extra added bonus! Thanks so much everyone :)

I made this with blackberries, and it was lovely. I didn't hold together, it was sort of liquidy but blueberries contain a gelling agent, so blueberry smoothies set, so I suppose made with blueberries the pie would solidify???

Yes, blueberries are the best because they will solidify. Alissa has a blueberry pie recipe. I'm sure you can use the search banana and find something.

I've made the sad to raw blueberry pie a number of times. I put more fruit in it and top it with banana slices and other chopped fruit, but it's excellent!
