Have you checked your local food co-op? I find them at mine fairly frequently!

Mmmmm delicious! I love them. We know them as custard apples in Australia (slightly different but same idea). Yum!

I don't know where in Alabama you live, but if there is a Latino neighborhood in the vicinity, you will most likely find cherimoyas at a produce market.
