]hi everyone im doing the 30 day challange starting 1march.at present i dont have a photo as i dont have access to a camera but i hope to post one soon.Ive been interested in raw eating for some time but havnt been able to commit to it until now.Ive been vegan for several years but wanted to take it further.I have a dehydrator plus other gadgets which help to create fantastic food I hope to get a vitamix later in the year.Alissas book is fantastic Im getting the dvd for easter from my mum.I love reading other peoples journals hoping they will inspire me.Luckily my friends and family are all behind me and enjoy sampling the food.chat tomorrow.

Hi Penny,

I am a Penni too! Welcome..... this is my day 8 and I have really loved this. I had one really bad spell. I felt like a crazy person, I think it was day three. YOu can read my journal. Anyway.. I have lost 7 lbs and I feel soo good. I have really enjoyed my time on here and the wonderful people and things I have learned.

I do admit, I pray daily for strength but that is a good thing.
