What an amazing food!

I'd never actually eaten one until now, but they are amazing foods to eat!
They're not as "turnipy" as a turnip, or "radishy" as a radish, they're mild and crunchy.

delish!

I know, I love them, too! In fact, I think I might go downstairs and have some, right now! :D

Kohlrabi are a very common food in Germany (my homecountry) and I LOVE them. They are great on their own but also go well with apples and pears as a salad.

Well...I bought some thinking they were beets. I juiced part of one and was not that happy with the outcome. I will dice them and put them in an apple, pear, salad! Thanks...I was wondering what to do with the others! By the way, mine are purple, should I peel them first, and only eat the inside??

Mine were green.

I peeled mine and just ate them as is.

One day I may make them into noodles with the saladacco or something
but I really enjoyed them just plain.

A salad with apples and pears also sounds nice! Good suggestion! Thank you :)

I like to peel them, slice them, drizzle a little bit of apple juice on top, let it sit for half an hour and then eat them. They are extremely refreshing in summer to, because they are very juicy and crunchy.
