Am I still Raw if I hang out in a sauna that is a hundred and fifty degrees? I was hanging out there and when I looked at the temperature I couldn't help but think of all my enzymes. :p :p :p :p

That's exactly why I (read: my enzymes) prefer infrarood-sauna. I will have to check if this type stays under the treshold-temperature

raw/ not-raw... :D

Maybe someone can advise?
