I finally found something! I knew I just wasn't looking in the right place. So in case anyone else here needs it:

There is no religious exemption for school or college, but there is one for working adults. As long as I homeschool, they are ok without shots. If I put them in school, and I can talk the doctor into it they could get a medical exemption, otherwise as long as they have had at least one dose of each shot they can be admitted into school which shouldn't cause a huge delay in getting them enrolled.
