grapefruit juice for the 8 TBSP of lemon juice req to make the Raw Ravioli? Would orange be better? I bought my lemons 5 days ago and today they are as hard as a rock!

ive subbed both for lemon juice before: grapefruit juice was the better option IMO..OJ is a bit too sweet

Sometimes hard lemons are ripe. Check one for juiciness. Some that I buy are gorgeous and juicy inside with very hard thick skins.
