* Hi, there are only 2 rawbar's available in the Netherlands, and this
is one of them (the other is www.organicfoodbar.com)
I was wondering what your opinion is?
Is it good, or do you know better alternatives?
I think the ingredients and taste are unbelievable, the price in my country is a bit high..

Hey Lightlover, I use to eat ORganic food bar but I found that when I was 100% raw for 6 months, my body rejected it. Actually that goes for almost all the raw dehydrated goodies.
I think it's not a bad alternative if you are craving something sweet and chewy........of course fresh is better and if you can, make your own where you know how fresh the ingreidents are. Some of these companies like Rawtruth pointed out, have to buy in bulk months in advance and it's not always the freshest stuff.
I've never heard of lifeforce.
I'd imagine if you eat these, drink lots of water.

Hey MissL, good argument about the freshness of the products of the producers, never taught in this direction: your own ingredients (should) always be fresher.

i was just thinking......
Smartmonkey do not dehydrate their bars. Rawtruth knows them personally and they keep passion and integrity to producing true raw products.

Hey Vae, the cacao nibs are of controvery to becuz of their "stimulating" effects adn to be quite hoenst, some here on our boards felt ill and like they had mass doses of caffeine. Granted, some have had no ill effects or adverse reactions.
Myself, personally, I have never had the stuff and don't plan to ever.
I know that there are recipe that call for cacao nibs.........do you have it in bean form? already in choclate form?
