Hi Rawkinlocs..

I thought my fasting buddy and i would have a thread for our fast..but we are writing mainly through email..so I wanted to delete my post on the fast beginnig today.. 1/10. No one else has posted in it..so it is only my post..but I think because deleting the post would delete the thread, it is not allowing me to do it.

Thanks so much...

Elizabeth

You should be able to delete it yourself, if you are the one that created it. It gives you an option to edit which you hit the edit button and then at the top it gives you an option to delete...

It apparently does not give that as an option when it is the first post of the thread...but someone, Rawkinlocs, I presume.. :) .. has taken care of it for me..

Thanks for your help...

I will also be happy to delete any thread that you wish, this is how I used to do it, before I became magick (moderator) on this board.

If you wish to just erase what you posted, go into "edit" and type in XXXXXXXX

and say, "never mind" or "I deleted it, because I lost my mind" or "I changed my mind" or whatever you deem apropriate. then you can report it, by clicking on the red triangle on the right upper side of the thread, and in the comments section, just say, "please delete my thread, thanks" and we'll be happy to delete it for you.

hope this helps you out.

OOPS, you don't have to type in the XXXXX if you don't wish to, it's just this way, no one else can read what you wrote, in case you don't wish them to, or you want to erase what you wrote.
