Well, yesterday I had mostly fruits with some green beans and lettuce and felt pretty good. I don't get hungry in the morning usually until lunch time, so for lunch I had some grillers (made me sick), so later I had a strawberry/banana/hemp seed 'milk-shake' and I feel a lot better now. I gave the rest of those grillers away. I've got some left over foods that I am going to throw out.

I stopped smoking 2 and a half years ago. I walked past a garbage can and threw my pack in and never looked back. Now I am throwing all of my cooked and processed foods in the garbage and hopefully, I will never look back. So tomorrow will be the first day of the rest of my life.

If I can simply walk away from smoking (after almost 10 years of smoking) and never relapse, I think I should be able to stay raw. But, if you feel like it, pray for me anyway :D

I've written down a lot of my physical conditions in a journal so that as time goes by I can relate my current condition back to now. I guess this is my new-years resolution :)

That's awsome Jay! I never understood how people quit. My spouse has been smoking about 3 years now and when I talked to him about quiting he looks like deer caught in head lights. He just doesn't want to. :o

Going raw rocks! Seriously. Although I'm not a pro yet, I'm sloooowly getting there :D

Not a problem :)

You may have an advantage because of the way you quit smoking. That is a *miracle* ...
