Does anyone out there have a merengue type recipe? I thought it'd be really yummy ontop of a citrus pie i've been working on (raw version of lemon merengue). Any help would be really appreciated! I wonder if coconut would help out somehow?

i had a lemon "merigue" pie at cafe gratitude last month, it says on their menu its made with cocnut merigue....not sure how but it was yummy. I'd say some coconut meat, agave and maybe some vanilla? The texture was more creamy but it did the trick!
