Can I leave them in a zip lock bag in my cupboard? Or do they have to go in the fridge? :)

I put mine in the fridge if using soon-but freeze the rest.

I grew tomatoes last summer & had a great crop-so I dehydrated a bunch of them-placed in baggies & pushed the air out & froze. They are fantastic tasting this winter. :D

I bought some from a bulk food store and put them in a bag from the store and they have been sitting in my cupboard for 4 days.. Should I throw them out? :eek:

They will hold in a plastic bag, but with time they darken. I now keep mine in the fridge to preserve the color. Would not toss the ones you have in the cupboard.

they should be fine-but I would put in fridge-as suggested.
