A friend of mine was telling me about a cleanse she got from the HFS. It was a "total body cleanse". She said it would cleanse colon, kidneys, liver, blood...(you take 1 pill am, and 1 pill pm for 30 days). and I was wondering, if something like this would help with the process of "cleaning out" say, the candida from my blood??? I know a "candida cleanse" would cleanse candida, but would it only cleanse from the colon?? What is your opinions?? I really want this problem cleaned out....for good. I know RAW will do it....but I want to SEE results NOW....or sooner rather than later. Would it be too much for my body??

By the way, my candida problem is shown as skin rashes.....a foot rash that was diagnosed by a traditional and an intergrative Dr. as "fungus" that did not clear up with meds, by the traditional Dr. and "yeast overgrowth" from the intergrative Dr.

Hi ! I think in general, a *good quality* cleanse can be very useful for many people looking to heal their bodies at a deeper level. I know many will say all raw IS the cleanse. In my personal experience though, I have been 100% raw, 100% of the time for well over a year and noticed symptoms that were not going away.

For candida, I think the biggest part of the cleanse needs to come from a raw diet where sugar is minimal and fats are moderate. Herbs and or cleanses might support it, but certain food feeds the yeast. You might check out "The Body Ecology Diet" by Donna Gates. It does not advocate raw foods, but I think it's useful and you can apply her methods to an 100% raw diet.

There is not one pill, one cleanse, one anything that is going to cleanse the entire body in 30 days.
