Yes I would say this board promotes raw veganism but is not
limited to that. Alissa's book is based on raw vegan.
This board supports all kinds of raw people from 100% to those who are just curious and all of us are learning from one another. Some drink raw milk and cheese here; others don't.
People are very supportive of one's personal choices here.
And it's a great resource.

Did you have a bad reaction to it, a mineral deficiency? Or was it too mentally confining?
