I have been thinking of spending 100$ on online raw foods to help me in times where I cant just cook something in time. I haven't tried buying anything because I was afraid that the products may not be raw even if they say it is. Is there a way to tell if a site is 100% raw without going by their words?
I'm sorry if I sound silly. I want to make sure im buying 100% raw foods.
Also if I bought raw crackers for example, how long would they last before they would taste stale?

I buy things from Go Raw and I believe they are raw. They do seem to be. Their flax crackers keep for many months. The pumpkin seed bars maybe three months.

Trinity, Anything you buy from Alissa you KNOW is Raw. I buy from her all the time.
Her olives are FAB-she has Raw oats...goji berries, bars-(haven't tried those), cacao, etc.
Check out what she has..

I agree with Lana. Doesn't make sense to start anywhere else. What you purchase helps pay for this FREE (for us, not for her) site.

I've bought twice from natures first law but shipping was pretty steep.
I would say to look at some of the raw sites and see what they sell. Sometimes you can get stuff cheaper from that brand site. For example, nut butters are tricky because some say they are raw and are not. Look at a GOOD raw site such as alissas and others suggested in previous posts. Find the name brand and study the container so you can recognize it on another site. Google that brands site. Sometimes you can save money by going directly from the source but not always. Good luck!!!! :)

I think the best to buy from is One Lucky Duck, and she ships free macaroons with each order! mmm, sooo good!

One Lucky Duck ships raw ICE CREAM!!! Wow..... (How???)
Have you ever tried it?
Everything online seems to be a bit more expensive then getting it from the health food store.
But, as I said in other posts, I'm moving to Montana and won't have the fabulous variety I have here in CA.
So, I'm looking for a good online source. What is the most inexpensive do you think???
