What's coconut cream? Can you tell us what it all says on the jar? Ingredients and any other information?

I would try a coconut soup by watering down the cream a bit and adding garlic, ginger, lime mushrooms and green onions or a hot chili(if you like spicy)...blitz and then add anything in the veg drawer diced too.

It would be a raw Thom Kai...without the Kai (chicken)

I love to put coconut in smoothies too...

Make a fruity salad and toss with the cream.

A coconut-ty dressing would be good with basil and ginger, lime and garlic too...or cilantro!

If you use spices in yoru home adding curry spices to coconut cream is yummy...soup or dressing.

To warm a soup just warm the bowl and serve or dehydrate a bit if you are inclined...

My understanding is that some is raw and some isn't...I'm sure the label says...if it is a jar I'm thinking it's raw. Can is debatable.

Coconut cream usually isnt raw.. Its usually the coconut product and some type of chemical to keep it fresh. Not that it matters. No one has to be 100% raw, I'm not. Just thought I would mention it. I personally LOVE coconut cream. I use it in powdered form for many recipes from green smoothies to my porridge. Its much more "milky" than coconut milk. Such creamy goodness. Ugh.. I live for it. :D

Blend in food processor and pour into a bowl. Sprinkle as much cinnamon on top as you like.

I’ve never eaten it warm but this recipe is a great breakfast for winter time!
Ingredients

* 2 teaspoons Frozen Pineapple.
* 2 Ice cubes.
* 4 dashes Cinnamon.
* 3 Banana's, Peeled.
* 1 cup Coconut Milk/Cream, Use 1/4th cup if you like it thick.

Preparation

Eat and Enjoy!

While it's true that everyone has to do what they feel is right for them in regards to being 100% raw or high raw, let's do keep in mind that this forum is for supporting those who strive to be 100% raw. ;)

As a child I was in charge of the coconut milk making. Sitting on a grating stool and grating it out of the shell and then squeezing through cheese cloth to get the cream... and then milk later by soaking in h2o...would this be raw? To me it is...is a mature coconut a debatable food? Anyone know? I have never seen coco cream in a jar before which made me wonder if maybe Newuser had some raw source....
