Thanks, I know what it is; I am wondering what can I do with it "raw" or dehydrated?

I peel the winter squashes and slice them into rounds or cracker shapes depending on the shape of the squash. I top the rounds with pate and chopped tomatoes and eat them like that. Squash is highly nutritious and it's a good thing to get used to eating.
