Help!!!How do I keep a journal???

I cannot work out how to begin a journal on this forum. Can anyone let me know how to do it please as I think it would be a great help.

At the top of this page it says "(Click here for instructions on posting photos and journaling.)" ... have you tried that yet?

I know when I first started I had to read them a few times before I attempted to create mine yet it worked just great :)
