I know eating raw isn't about counting calories, but does anyone here take a dress makers measuring tape and record their inches?
I have thought about recording mine to track how my body is changing. :p

I measure occasionally. Usually when I realize that I need to buy new clothes because all the ones I have are falling off of me. Like now. Heh! I hate clothes shopping and usually buy most of my clothes online. I find if I have my measurments I can almost always get something that fits by ordering online.
I also like to boast to myself that my hips are smaller than average. I read somewhere that the average American woman's hips are 41 1/2 inches. So I decided to measure mine to compare. Mine are smaller than average. Of course some of my other measurements are larger than average but I'll just gloss over those.

Hi, I measure once a month, since starting to lose weight I've lost 76lbs and 114" so yes, do measure!

Never. My clothes either fit or they don't. When they get too big for me, I buy more clothes. (For someone who hates clothes shopping, it's got it's goods and bads.)
Yes I measure once a month as well. I think it helps you see the progress and changes your body is going through (cause on a day to day basis) you sometimes forget. And quite frankly I don't ever want to be where I was again. Also it gives you extra motivation, when the scale is slow to move, you see headway in another area.

I go mostly by how clothing fits usually :) My body changes shape so often these days..thats the easiest way for me to keep track overall
