Google Strontium 90 and kelp. This will give you a start to websites that help with this sort of thing. I also would like to find it all on one site and I don't have time to do the research right now. If you find one site that stands out please share!

What stands out to me immediately is that tahini (traditional) is a high calcium source for vegans. Lemon - vitamin C helps calcium to absorb. I may be way off - but just a thought.

http://www.nutritiondata.com/

This is a site I use at times to see what nutrients are in what I am craving. It makes it easier to substitute for what I have on hand.

The Nutrient Search Tool (under tools tab) helps you search for a nutrient...it brings up foods that have that nutrient in them.

For a basic food there are charts, colours and a standard nutrition breakdown liek a food package is set up.

here is grapes:http://www.nutritiondata.com/

Sure makes one realize that eating raw is good for you when you see the stats and visuals.

This site will even analyze a recipe! :)
