Fruit Leather

There is a great photo of Fruit Leather posted by Rawma.
Could I please have the recipe! The two food photo threads on this site are so inspiring. Im am looking forward to trying some of the recipes.

Im not Rawma...and im not sure of her recipe.

But i can give u some ideas for fruit leather.
Banana leather is great - just puree till smooth, spread on teflex and dehydrate until chewy...if u go much past this, you;ll end up with banana "crisps" - also, flip it over after a few hours and place on a mesh sheet to continue the drying.

U can do the same with any other fruits....blending them alone, or with others - like strawberry banana, or blueberry/raspberry...etc... then spread and dehydrate.
