I've been on raw food for 3 months, then starting december... I failed, and ever sence, I can't seem to start it up again -.- I'm having big truoble finding somthing raw that will please my taste. I eat faw fruits, veggies, and rice, but then... I jus love veggies burgers, tofu, and soft vegan breads (not bleatched wheat, no preservatives or added colors, flavors, etc.). I dont like to eat nuts, and finding a hard time comeing up with a recipe for raw burgers w/o them. I'd jus like veggies in it. and as for bread ><
I see my belly is pokeing out sometimes, and I KNOW I'm eating to much, I can't seem to stop myself.
I need to detox again and then try to start up, but I need some help.
