I've been on raw food for 3 months, then starting december... I failed, and ever sence, I can't seem to start it up again -.- I'm having big truoble finding somthing raw that will please my taste. I eat faw fruits, veggies, and rice, but then... I jus love veggies burgers, tofu, and soft vegan breads (not bleatched wheat, no preservatives or added colors, flavors, etc.). I dont like to eat nuts, and finding a hard time comeing up with a recipe for raw burgers w/o them. I'd jus like veggies in it. and as for bread ><
I see my belly is pokeing out sometimes, and I KNOW I'm eating to much, I can't seem to stop myself.
I need to detox again and then try to start up, but I need some help.
any tips? thankx :)

Opinion:

-You don't need to 'stop yourself'. Somewhere between the normal level of raw foods that you are VERY comfortable with...with no effort.....and going crazy on junk food....you'll find the level that you WANT and are motivated....and comfortable at....and that is YOUR path. Stretch from there my friend and be successful! You'll get 100% support from me.

well tea aint raw but green tea helped me supress my appetite when i went raw .

then after several months my tastes started to adjust and i didnt need it anymore .

and maybe alot of raw mushrooms in your salads or on vegi platters shall help quench your craving for vegi burger .
