Finally getting back to raw!

Hi! I'm Sunshine and I'm going back to raw foods. I went raw for a while last year and am just now getting back to it. Right now I'm the only one in our family of five doing it. I'm hoping that through my example and the yummy recipes, the rest of my family will follow!

Keep posting on this Forum, I find that this helps. We look at it as a Journey and some get off the bus and catch it at another location. The thing is ,the Bus is always on your Route.

Invite everyone in on the Food Preperation and maybe they will be more excited about eating what they help to prepare.

Do you have Alissa's Book or any other RAW Books? Anyway READ ALL you can about RAW...
