Hi Taylor... there is so much varied information on fasting. A lot of it is 'trying' different things and 'listening' to your body... to see what is best for you at the time. Fasts seem to vary for each of us.
I've added more links about the Master Cleanse on the Fasting Support Thread. That may answer some of your questions about it.
I've had good luck just taking psyllium for clearing my system out... when first fasting. But, have tried other things too. On the Fasting Support Thread there is info on salt water flush, psyllium/clay, enemas and more.
As for juicing... there are a variety of juice combos on the links. I would try things like you are... to see what you feel best on and enjoy drinking. I do try to have some focus on green and veggie juices... as it doesn't spike the blood sugar levels as much. However, some people prefer fruit juices for fasting.
So, just try different things to see what is best for you at this time. You're doing great! :D
