what is an abb?

If you are talking about abdominals you already have them.

If you are talking about building a part of the body, food doesn't do anything to your body, only your body does.

For instance, if you want to build muscles you need to work out and get a lot of rest. Eating high carb food, ie fruit, will provide you the fuel to do the work though.

And no matter how developed your abs are, you won't see them if you have fat covering them. So just eating a raw diet should help you lose extra fat. Eating raw in conjunction with working out (ab exercises and cardio) should be the ticket to get those lovely abs. I'm hoping to find mine soon.

can one have a lower body fat AND gain weight? I definately have fat but not much muscle, which is probably why I am a lower weight.

Lunar I've heard that even working out with your own body weight will build muscle. So you can do this, you don't need weights or need a gym. Try googling some excercises.

You can absolutely gain weight while loosing body fat. Muscle is much more dense than fat and so weighs roughly 3 times as much as fat. Some foods are thought to help you gain muscle without doing physical labor. But if you are loosing fat, you may be moving around more and just not thinking about it, which would build more muscle as well.

Muscle does weigh more than Fat. The body is more effiecient when it is only doing one thing...Add Muscle and Losing Fat at the same time is difficult but not impossible. It is best to concentrate on adding some muscle then time losing fat. Say 12 weeks of weight traing and a little cardio. Then a 8-12 week period of cardio training a a more restricted diet to lose fat.

I have never found a food to add muscle. There are supplements that claim to do but really it comes down to add muscle you need to do some resistance to the muscle for it to go.

If I may brag, I have really good abs. I do pilates, yoga, taekwondo, running, and cycling. My guess is it's the pilates, though.
