Tingling and numb lips?

Yesterday and today I noticed my lips periodically go numb and start tingling. Does anyone know if this is a normal side effect of water fasting?

I remember experiencing that sort of symptom when I was on the Atkins diet a couple of years ago....it was in my hands. I would wake up in the morning and my hands would be completely numb, but I do remember having a tingling feeling also above my top lip. It was very strange, but I'm pretty sure it was because of a massive Candida die-off, due to going straight from a high sugar diet to a no-sugar diet.

Right now I'm having a strong pins-and-needles feeling in my feet..I'm hoping it's the same thing, and not something more serious. I'm usually somewhere between 50% and 100% raw every day.

I frequently get tingling feelings when fasting, and my limbs go numb easier of I put pressure on them wrong.

I haven't noticed any real problem with this, other than as a minor inconvenience.
