I'm not sure where this recipe originally came from; I learned it in a class from a local instructor, but I don't think it was her original recipe. Anyway...
Chocolate Pudding / Tootsie Rolls
3 avocados
½ cup cocoa
¾ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup Sucanat/maple syrup/honey
enough water to thin if necessary
Mix together in food processor until smooth. Use as frosting or pudding, or dehydrate in thin sheets, roll into logs, and then cut into Tootsie Roll-sized pieces.
