How do you guys grind them. Will just any ole coffee grinder work?
I grind mine in my K-Tec blender, you can also use a Vitamix. But to answer your question.... yes, a coffee grinder will work.

a coffee grinder works perfect!
I will also grind sesame seeds in it and the longer you grind the pastier it becomes, so you can make a sesame like paste (like tahini)

I soak the seeds first, sprout them for a couple of days, then grind them in the VitaMix. I then add some dates for a wonderful pudding/ice cream type treat.

I've used a coffee grinder. It works, but it takes a while to make a lot. I found bags of ground flax in my grocery store made by "Bobs Red Mill".

Thanks for replying guys. I thought about buying them already ground, but I figured in the long term it would be better to grind them myself. So most of you soak them first? That pudding sounded good. Any of you put them in smoothies? Thanks again! :)
