i saw your FABULOUS pics and was wondering if ud share your granola bar recipe. they sound scrumptious!

I don't think I can post the recipe. I used the recipe for Cranberry Maple Granola from the Raw Food, Real World cookbook. I had sprouted a box of buckwheat groats and used 1/2 of that added to the recipe, added an extra apple, substituted agave for the maple. I also used a mix of walnuts, pecans and almonds in addition to the sunflower and pumpkin seeds. I made 1/2 the batch into granola and shaped the other 1/2 into a large rectangle, then cut it into bars before I dehydrated it. They really did come out great. You can make them moist or crunchy.
