Alrighty then, back with another question. About to try a cracker recipe and it calls for carrot pulp. I don't have a juicer, and please excuse my newness, but can I blend carrots with water then strain or..... Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You sure can. One of the things Victoria B. showed on her video tape was how she made juice with her Vitamix by blending various veggies, lemon (with peel) and I "think" a little water...but yeah, you could do that and then strain through a nut milk bag or what have you.
Also, I've just taken carrots and processed in the food processor and used that, or you could do that and just squeeze out as much of the juice as you can and use the remaining "pulp"
