Cookie Dough

Does anyone have a recipe that tastes close to cookie dough?

A craving I just can't shake :)

Here is a good one:


Mysticat's Chocolate chip cookies

1 3/4 cups cashew "flour"
3/4 cup ground oat groats (or use all cashew flour for a much sweeter dough)
1/4 cup agave
2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup coconut oil
chocolate chips (blend 1/2 cup coconut oil, 1/2 cup carob, 1/2 cup cacao
put mixture in freezer, then chop into chunks - Rawkinlocs note: I'd also add a little agave or else the chips won't be sweet)
--form into balls, roll in cashew "flour" and refrigerate

made the freezer fudge from RFRW today.... taste A LOT like cookie dough, i'd assume as with their macroon idea you can change the cocoa to almond powder and it would make more of a blonde cookie dough rather than a chocolate. amazing either way. using 16oz of almond butter to make them could get a little expensive when they taste that good.

go to "freshtopia.net" and search the shows index. She made a quick cookie dough recipe that is so amazing. It is just raw cashew butter, sweetener of your choice and chocolate/carob chips.
