I have a bag of organic potatoes

:D I use to love potatoes, soup, fries, potato salad but all these used cooked potatoes.
Has anyone got ideas i can use that will help me use these potatoes, i steam them for my husband and add raw to them because he wants them that way but i want to do something with them that is still considered raw.
Can anyone help me?

I keep trying to make chips in the dehydrator ... they shrink up so much though ...

Anway, check this out:

The raw family chicken noodle soup uses potatoes -

Blend:
2 c. water
1/2 c. shredded coconut

Blend for 1-2 minutes.

Add
2 c. chopped celery
2 T. Bragg's
1 clove garlic
pepper to taste, if desired.

Grate:
1/4 bunch parsley
2 medium size potatoes

Add grated ingredients to blended mixture and add sliced dehydrated mushrooms. Enjoy!!

Serves 7
Not sure how you grate parsley though ... :rolleyes:
