I don't know if this is allowed but I could use the support and inspiration and maybe could provide that to others. I know the before and after board is for the 30 challenge board not fasting, so I am curious if anyone else is chronicling their fast through some sort of website or journal. I started a raw journal right before I ran out of money for veggies and had to halt the Raw wagon. Now that I am fasting and preparing for a Raw life in a more systematic manner, I've began posting again and also craving others journeys. I think it would be cool to post the links to our journeys.
