I have been searching the forum for a mango or fruit chuntey recipe. I cannot find one.
Does anyone have a good one to share?
Thank you

I don't recall where I got this recipe - perhaps on this forum, but I apologize that I can't credit it to anyone. I haven't tried this, but it sounds wonderful and might pass for a chutney (I'm not sure what makes something a 'chutney'):
Mango Salsa
1 Roma tomato, large
1 Mango
1 1/2 tsp. red onion
1 Small clove garlic
1/2 tsp. dried cilantro
1/4 tsp. black pepper or to taste
Celtic sea salt
Dice tomato and mango into desired chunk size. Mince red onion and garlic, put everything into a ziploc bag and add spices and a shake or two of salt from salt shaker. Close bag and shake, mash, mix up, etc. everything together, then let sit 15-30 minutes.
