Oh my gosh...I purchased my first the other day and after peeling a bit of the skin off to find a few seeds, so I tasted one, I wasn't too impressed by seeing all the "pulp" around thinking I'd paid I dunno how much for all this "pulp". Well after digging into the bugger and finding all these wonderful treasures, "I am in love"
Can someone tell me if I can freeze these sweet wonderful berries?

Avocado, Grapefruit, and Pomegranate Salad

Cut the peel off of one grapefruit and dice, saving the juice. Dice one avocado, and gently mix fruit together, making sure avocado is covered with grapefruit juice. Place fruit carefully on two serving plates, sprinkling each salad with 1 tbs pomegranate seeds.
