haha now i'm in 3 challenges for january. My goals are simple. While in gymnastics I could do 25 pullups in a row no sweat. Now i can't do one :( SO, for this year i'd like to add one pullup a month. That means january's goal is 1 pullup. Sounds sad for me, but i'll build up. I can't expect to be able to do 10 overnight. I want to be able to do the splits again and other strength things, but i can't pin point them exactly.

Hey Fruitarianone, I'm glad you put this out there to get me thinking about what I can committ too. I'm serious about aiming for 20 to 35 minutes a day at the gym, plus I've already established the habit of a good, long brisk walk with my dog along with that. Also, once a week I'll drive to Eugene to go to the Bikram yoga studio. That would be a great start for me and feasible at the same time. thanks for the challenge!

Walking is one of the best things you can do!!!

Hey, I'm keeping up with my exercise goals! Some days it's long walks and other days it's intense workouts at the gym. I make a big, magical smoothie before I go to the gym and have great energy to work out with. The folks there told me today they really like me and want me to train to be an aerobics instructor. What a blast! thanks for the encouragement
